Information about purchases made with the Card, such as date of purchase, amount and place of purchase.

Information provided to use when the Card is requested: and

(b) Information Security: Only those persons who need it to perform their job responsibilities are authorized to have access to Cardholder Information. In addition, We maintain physical, electronic and procedural security measures that comply with government regulations to safeguard Cardholder Information.

(c) Telephone Monitoring/Recording: We may monitor and/or record telephone calls between You and Us to assure the quality of Our customer service or as required by applicable law.

Consent:

By registering Your details with Us, You also consent to Our using and/or disclosing Your personal information for the following purposes: to selected third parties for the purposes of providing and operating Our services; and providing or arranging for third parties to provide customer care/help desk facilities (which may involve disclosing Your information to third parties solely for those purposes), except in the case of data transfers from the EEA, which Our covered under the U.S.-EU Safe Harbor Framework.
